Defensive player missing during gameplay please fix!

Many times on defense I will call a play and I will be missing a defensive player and one player on defense will be given the assignment of two players and also cannot move presnap  in the attachment...

+1, seeing it with Nickel formations (specifically Load Mug, Single Mug, and Double Mug) pretty consistently. Sometimes as few as 8 or 9 players on the field with 2-3 assignments in coverage.
