Delay Sunday perk not working

The Delay Sunday perk in Program Builder is not working. After acquiring the perk, I had multiple underclassmen leave early as 5th-7th round picks with no chance of swaying them. Very frustrating to ...

Having the same issue. Just had 25 guys declare early for the draft. I have all 3 upgrades and the 1st and 2nd rounders always leave with no chance to convince them to stay. Ever.
