Depth Chart Missing Players

I’m having an issue setting my depth chart in NCAA 26. 
Although my roster shows 8 or 9 receivers on the roster,  all of those players are not shown when setting the depth chart ( no they are not redshirted). For example, I may have a 76 freshman/ sophomore WR who is not listed as an option, but a QB ( listed as like a 52 overall because he’s not a WR) is listed. 

in addition, reserve players are “grayed out” which means they can’t be added to the depth chart for an unknown reason.
