Disappearing recruits

I have noticed over the past two seasons playing in Dynasty that some of the players I recruited disappeared during national signing day and training results. One off-season I had received five 5-stars and after training results, none of those players were on the team. The recruits are a mixture of transfer portal and regular recruits.

P.S. Is there going to be a new update soon to prevent dynasty from crashing 3-5 times a day?
