Dynasty QB not playing

In my Dynasty games, I'm having a bug where my starting QB gets pulled from the game halfway through, and no matter what I try I can't get him back on the field. He's not injured, and I have the QB auto-sub set to Grind it Out, but I think the auto subs might be bugged because I have running backs set to Keep Fresh, but they seem to be grinding it out instead. I've lost a couple games now because my star QB gets benched in close games and won't come back in.
