Dynasty Recruiting Board

Our online dynasty has noticed the majority of 3.5 star schools (Auburn being the notable exception) have minimal/no three star interest. For example, Wisconsin will have 15+ 4 and 5 star players interested/top 10 and will never have more than 3 three star players interested/top 10. This is also with other 3.5 star schools, it could be others as well. Clearly a bug
