Dynasty Trophy Room Not Working on PS5

Do trophies only appear in the trophy room if head coach in dynasty? I earned several trophies in my first season as offensive coordinator, including Broyles Award, and none are appearing in my trophy room. I was signed in and there were no issues otherwise. Trophy room is just empty, despite the alerts and banners to indicate all the new trophies unlocked. This was one of the best updates to the game this year, so I’m disappointed it appears to not work.

    You probably noticed they don't care.  It's been an issue since Day 1 of release, with this being the most common issue people have complained about, and it's still not been addressed.

    Oh I know, I've had the odd occasion the mods here have been reasonably helpful, but 95% of them are utterly useless. Funnily enough if you go through the responses they do give, they mostly tend to be ones relating to ultimate team. Weird that.
