When I try to enter the game it tells me:This trial can only be played on the account that downloaded it. Please sign back into that account and restart the game to continue your progress. But I can’t understand why since I downloaded with the game pass

Apologies for the duration of this particular snag. The relevant teams are still working on this issue.
- Until fully resolved, can you please try selecting the Upgrade option if/when prompted but then importantly, you should back out before completing this. Do let us know if this does or does not help you.

How about you fix the stupid game! You’re a multimillion dollar company. Shouldn’t be this hard. You can rinse and repeat the same titles every year.
Still not fixed! Just got gamepass ultimate and I can't play on the cloud! Please get this fixed!

This is genuinely so **bleep** frustrating that we as people who have bought the game and you (the developers) are so far behind with fixing problems like this. This shouldn’t even be happening in the first place
