Edit Coach Won't Save in Online Dynasty

Edit Coach changes I make to my custom coach-- including Gear and Aggressiveness will no longer save when I edit them in my 2 online dynasties. Playbook changes will save, but not these two.

In the case with Gear, I can immediately see it hasn't saved as soon as I back out of the Edit Coach menu. I haven't changed any main menu settings. The only areas where I have played around with recently are custom Audibles in Practice Mode and changing some of the Gear on my players in Roster.
