Error code ce-108255-1 on PS5 “Dynasty unplayable”

Quick fix I've found on PS5, mine usually crashes somewhere in the 2Q on online dynasty with a teambuilder program.  After crashing about 50+ times I just sim the second quarter and play 1Q, 3Q, 4Q ... no crashes so far after doing that.
