Unable to persuade in dynasty

Which game mode were you playing when the issue happened? Dynasty

Did you get any error messages? No

What happened in the game leading up to the issue? The first two seasons of my dynasty (offensive coordinator at Clemson) the players leaving screen was normal and I could attempt persuades like the game is intended. The past 2 seasons in my dynasty however every player on the players leaving screen has been greyed out and unable to try to persuade. Before that I could try to persuade them.

What was supposed to happen before the issue came up? Any non seniors should be available to attempt to persuade.
