Excessive Timeouts Needs to stop!

I have had two straight games now where my opponent has received a total of 21 timeouts and 14 timeouts, respectively. This keeps happening from the middle of the second quarter on. I will be up on a team, nothing crazy, maybe 10-13 points and all of a sudden, injury timeouts start to spam and the opponent starts to come back and make the game close. The most egregious one was against Arkansas State, where they received 21 timeouts. That is including their allotment of timeouts, but 16 free timeouts is **bleep** ridiculous. The timeout spam ruins the game and is unrealistic.
