Facemask penalty does not exist in-game

The facemask penalty does not exist in-game.

Go ahead, turn up the slider to 100, you won't see it called.

I haven't seen a facemask penalty since the first month of CFB25, please fix.

Platform: Playstation.  Difficulty: Heisman.  Game mode: Dynasty, offline/online and Play Now.
