Fake FG K toss pass bug

A bug that I’ve been experiencing playing the game has to do with fake fg k toss pass. When I do the play, the holder tosses the ball to the kicker and when the ball is about to be caught by the kicker, the holder gets tackled and the ball teleports back to the holder. I understand the bug likely has to do with it acting like a handoff rather than a pitch, but it’s frustrating to see when I know the play would’ve been an easy touchdown or first down.
