Game Crashing in the Middle of game in Dynasty Mode

At some point during the game, it will freeze and send me to the home screen, this happens at some point every game. I spoke to multiple EA advisors and they just gave me the Xbox troubleshooting gui...

I don't even know if I have any of the other bugs, I can't get out of the 1st quarter of a dynasty game. It's unbelievable it's been this long without a fix or an acknowledgement.
