Game Freezes and Crashes After Snap

So, I downloaded CFB about a month ago and wasn’t initially having any issues with this.

However, over the past few weeks, it has been increasingly difficult to play Dynasty Mode on my Xbox Series S. I have experienced a weird bug where as soon QB snaps the ball and begins his drop back, the game freezes entirely. No audio and no visual effects of any kind. I just get my controller vibrating and then it kicks me out to the main home page after a few seconds. Typically, I know when it about to happen as on pass plays, the routes for the receivers aren’t displaying or a certain receiver will have two seperate routes (NOT option).

I tried to look up solutions on my own, and Xbox Support suggested to clear reserved space, my alternate MAC address, and restart my console. However, this is only a temporary fix, as I can only get through one game before the issue starts up again on the very next game. It is frustrating to have to go through this whole process each time I want to play one.

I even copied my save file and deleted the original one to see if it’d help, and sure enough, it didn’t.

I don’t have any custom routes or anything out of the ordinary. The only changes I’ve made to the base format are my formation subs to get certain players on the field.

Please help as this is really impacting the enjoyment of the game.
