Game is frozen

Hello I am in a playoff game and my game is frozen. I am only able to see a replay of my last defensive play and both teams are unable to do anything.

No wins getting counted in events….
Started with the h2h draft and every ‘event’ no wins counted past The first one… this has cost me a lot of achievements rewards… else? Any ideas?

flak jackets back plates does not show in gameplay
