Gradual screen whiteout bug

Every few games I run into a bug where most elements on the screen gradually turn white, leaving me unable to see what I’m doing. The effect restarts every play. Only pausing the game stops it, then it eventually restarts. Has this been reported before? Is there a fix? I’m attaching two videos for reference.

Which game mode were you playing when the issue happened? Dynasty

Did you get any error messages? No

What happened in the game leading up to the issue? General gameplay, playcalling. 

What was supposed to happen before the issue came up? Normal gameplay in dynasty with my screen becoming washed out.
