H2H Ranked Wins not counting towards the reward

When I play PS5-CFP26-UT-H2H Ranked, my win/loss count is correct but it doesn't count towards the reward or leaderboard. Does anybody have an idea how to fix this? I have tried to delete and reinstall the game but the issue is still happening. Thank you for any advice you might have.
