How is this game still this bad?

Blows my mind how this game can still have so many bugs. 

This is right after the latest update by the way. On RTG I did the extra plays thing and my playbook went completely blank. Wasted a timeout and it still didn’t come back. Let the clock run down, still didn’t come back. 

Same RTG game after restarting, tried to do the hurry up and a player got stuck on a lineman. Couldn’t snap the ball and had to take a penalty.

Did the flip play with the kicker, ball went in the air, glitched back to my holder and he got tackled for me to lose the game.

Dynasty mode, I did the Play Offense option. Scored with 5 seconds left to leave a PAT to tie. What does my team decide to do? Go for 2 and not let me run the play. They get stopped and I lose. 

How are these things happening? The game has been out plenty long enough to have these game ruining glitches fixed.
