Illegal Forward Pass Bug

If you have a custom playbook and are in Shotgun there is the formation Y Trips Offset Wk. Anytime you run the play, reverse flea flicker, it will automatically flag you for an illegal forward pass (while your quarterback has never crossed the line of scrimmage). I've done it in 3 different game to be sure. It's a huge bummer.
