I'm unable to upgrade my Spec Catch or CIT

I am a Physical Route Runner WR in my Sophomore year. I started as a 5 star. A very large majority of my skill point have gone to hands in an attempt to get 50/50 platinum as soon as possible. Immediately, I noticed that for the hands upgrade, the only upgrades that were carrying and catching. At the time, I assumed it was a visual bug and the other stats such as SPC and CIT would upgrade anyways. I currently have 93 hands and my catching is 98 but my spectacular catch is stuck on 91, forcing me to be limited to 50/50 silver. My CIT is also hard stuck on 84. This is a huge problem as my archetype is dependent on my ability to be a highpoint specialist. This also makes the game less fun and caps out my abilities.
