Injury pop up won’t go away

I’ve now run into this problem twice. It happened again today. I’m playing OU and I’m LSU. In the 4th quarter my LG gets hurt and is out for the game. The pop up menu about him begins popping up after every play. I push square each time. Then, when OU goes no huddle it pops up and stays on the screen the whole play. I can’t pause the game even. After the play if they are not running no huddle the game keeps cycling through cut scenes and replays for about 30 seconds. I can’t pause it but I can call a time out to reset it quicker. The problem continued the rest of the game.
