Is there anyway Gun wide formations can be fixed to fit screen in standard view?

Looks like same issue for anyone no matter the tv size. You can't see any of the receivers on the split end after ball is snapped. Very hard for the receiver closest to sideline to ever come into picture. Majority of people like standard camera setting. Really takes away from playing with great teams that have this formation present. You are basically just throwing blind passes. Anyway whenever someone is using a wide trip formation on offense the screen fits that? Like how when you hit show playart you see everyone? Can the camera be similar for that specific formation in standard view? Pre play and during play camera stays as so.  

In every formation that isn't wide, a receiver is usually is cut out but comes into view right after snap in standard view. Which is fine and works. But anyway wide trips or any wide formation get an update???
