Location of "Rice University" in Dynasty needs to be fixed.

In Dynasty mode when scheduling visits for recruits who live in Houston, Texas the cost to schedule that visit is 15 hours. Rice University is also located in Houston, Texas and the cost should be 10 hours. However when scheduling a visit with a recruit from the New Orleans Area the cost is only 10 hours. I believe that the Game is registering Rice to be located somewhere in Louisiana. In Dynasty Mode Rice is a 1 Star Prestige rating so every hour matters.
