Major Crashing Issues

game crashes while attempting to play any game (dynasty, cut, play now, rtg) and this issue has been present since launch on both major consoles   Can we get some help here

littlemac2014​ Is it happening in every mode you go into, online and offline? At the moment, I see more Dynasty called out than CUT and other modes. 

I know there are some older threads on crashing issues but they are more centralized around specifc modes.
