Matchmaking not selecting proper tier in Road To CFP.

When attempting to open up playbooks fron tier 5 team, matchmaking is constantly matchmaking you against the top tier 1 teams, even if you ask to play a tier 5 team. 

CF27 is so **bleep** frustrating as it is but to not ever get a matchup against another tier 5 team when you ask for it is totally unacceptable.

Please address the matchmaking. The grid to x number of wins for some play books is hard enough without having to take a tier 5 teams into the top teams in the game.
