Missing Rush Season 2 Content

Like an idiot, I decided to do the rush step up offer for season two went all the way through it and bought the last pack which was number 21. I hadn’t opened it yet because I was waiting to see what other rush ones I would get so I could choose whichever one I didn’t. On Monday night and disappeared for my account. EA says they can’t help me. They can only help me if I give them the name of the pack unfortunately I don’t remember it. If anyone out there also did the challenge. I might remember the name of that pack. Please post it and let me know. It was the 21st one that got you the ultimate limited any help would be appreciated because believe it or not says they don’t know the names of what packs are in the step up offer.
