Missing XP after win

Hey yall, im in my online dyansty and I am the HC and my OC has the Strategist archtype the awards +900 xp per win but i am not receving the 900 xp after each win. Curious if anyone else has been dealing with this bug? (or maybe im doing something wrong?)
