Re: Negative points/ no crossover players.

Hey so yesterday I got points on my account bought on accident by my little brother, was talking to Xbox support and they managed to refund the purchase. Today I went onto my ncaa 26 account and it says my points are in the negative -30,000. I was wondering if that could be fixed because now I want to buy the right amount of points to get the field pass and when I bought it it just brought my negative balance down to 27,000. I think that is an error I don’t think I should be in the negatives lol
