Negative points/ no crossover players.

I have negative points on my account how do I fix this?

Hey so yesterday I got points on my account bought on accident by my little brother, was talking to Xbox support and they managed to refund the purchase. Today I went onto my ncaa 26 account and it says my points are in the negative -30,000. I was wondering if that could be fixed because now I want to buy the right amount of points to get the field pass and when I bought it it just brought my negative balance down to 27,000. I think that is an error I don’t think I should be in the negatives lol

Yes so I refunded my cfb points because my son used my card without permission on my ultimate team and it’s telling me I have negative points which is wrong and now it’s making me spend 60 dollars just to get out of negative debt pls give me my points back the right way

My child purchased points off my console for college football 26 by mistake so I contacted Microsoft for a refund.The refund was given but now im negative 420 points contacted Microsoft they told me its an ea issue.who do I get in touch with to fix this?

EA_Barry - Who can you contact from EA to discuss these issues. I requested a refund on the basis of broken pack odds, I bought a premium pack and received the same player 4-5 times, I have screen shots. I wanted a refund and was unsatisfied with the packs. Microsoft shouldn’t have approved the refund without notification of this, please advise. 

I logged on to ultimate team today and I have negative 2,780 points is there any way this can be fixed?
