Same issue with mine for Online Dynasty for CFB 26 on Xbox. I deleted the game. System files. Re-Installed the Game. Left the Online Dynasty and got re-invited back.
When I come back into the online Dynasty, created a custom coach, got to level 20 and never received any more Coach points.
