NOTG Event Crash

I'm playing the NOTG event on PS5, and 2 games in on the 8th tier of the challenge I got an in game error about syncing. After grinding this boring solo game mode to get the NOTG tier 8 pack it crashed on game 2 of 3 with no losses. I log in today and the progress of the entire challenge is reset all the way to tier one being the one that grants the Blank Slate BND Pack. All my grinding for sub par pack was essentially for nothing and I'm not grinding for +5 hours again. Please fix this!
