Offensive Line/Blocking - Missed Assignments

I've observed many instances of the offensive line missing blocking assignments that they should consistently perform given their rating. The following examples occurred in the practice mode, but this issue occurs in every game mode.

In Clip1, the left guard for Georgia (a high-rated player) ignores the DT in front of him to double team the edge rusher. I did not set a double-team assignment on that edge rusher. There is no reason for the left guard to fail to block the DT.

In Clip2, the left tackle for Georgia (a high-rated player) ignores the edge rusher in front of him to block the blitzing DB. Again, I did not change any blocking assignments. The left tackle should not act in this way with an edge rusher directly in front of him. 

If needed I could provide many more video examples because this happens on a regular basis in every game mode. These examples occurred minutes apart.
