Offline Dynasty changes to saves

This is my third time already having to start over due to weird glitches that occurred during gameplay, but this one is different.  

Yesterday when I closed the game and turned off my PS5, I was 6-0 and had just had a very competitive game with a ranked Kansas State team that I won 28-24.  Log in today and find that I am 5-1 with a 26-7 loss against Kansas State.  How does this happen with an offline dynasty?
