Offline Dynasty Practice Bug

I started an offline dynasty with 10 teams. When trying to practice, only 1 team is able to practice which is the first alphabetically listed team. When switching to another team, like Air Force, it ...

Update: It seems to only happen during Week 0. After advancing to Week 1, all teams are able to practice.
