Offline Dynasty: Practice mode does not allow coop (multi-player)

Offline Dynasty practice mode does not allow more than one player per team ☹️ More than 1 controller can move to the same team in the "team select" screen, but only a single player (player 1) is loaded into practice.

Coop games (multi-user) work fine within offline dynasty, this issue is only with practice mode.
