Online Connected Dynasty Disconnects

My buddy and I play an online dynasty together. I am the commissioner and have never had a lost connection to EA servers but my friend gets them all the time, dating back to CFB25. It probably happens one out of every 5 games. Any help on this matter would be great. I bet over the last 2 years it’s happened to him 50 times. We can’t be the only ones with this issue, right?
