Pass Interference

Finally had enough. What is the deal with the inconsistency or lack there of with pass interference calls on this game??? Had a blatant PI call on the game winning drive and no flag was thrown.  Along with the other million issues with this game please address this ASAP. I took the liberty to upload a video of the issue as well.
