Pause Glitchers

Dear EA,

Something needs to be done about Pause Glitchers. I matched up on PS with TRIGOUTTHETOWER. He has a very bad team. He ran two plays both tackle for loss, he pause glitched the game I couldn't do anything to resume so I had to dashboard. This gave me the loss. This kind of glitch has been in the game for quite some time. Figure this stuff out and fix it. It ruins the game.
