Player position changes screws up skill caps

I just noticed this but DO NOT CHANGE ANY PLAYERS POSITION AFTER THE SEASON.  I had transferred a 5 star elite LEDG to REDG and they went from zero skill caps to so many skill caps like I basically r...

I heard the fix only applies to online Dynasty.  Is it fixed for all users of Dynasty, even for those like who play it by themself, with no other online players?

    If your in offline and play alone, set the percentage for user transfers to zero and they should stay at your school.
