Playing time deal breakers

It's broken. I've had starters transfer out due to playing time. My elite freshman QB suddenly got this deal breaker the moment we changed to players leaving. Didn't have that deal breaker all season. He would've been a starter. This really needs fixing. It's game breaking. Why would a guy who's about to be a starter transfer due to playing time?
