Playstyle is Broken

Currently was recruiting a Mike linebacker with thumper traits. I have done everything possible to appeal to his liking and I am still sitting at D- playstyle and he has locked me out because of it. I have 60 tackles and the season isnt even over. 60 tackles! With one player as a Mike! Fix this, unbelievable the hoops a guy has to jump through and still get denied!
