QB slide mechanic not working after recent title update

Question

I have recently run into an issue in CFB 26 where the QB slide command does not register and my QB instead dives when tapping the X button (Xbox). To check if this was a controller/user input error, I cross-checked this with Madden 26 (as it is the same command/input) and the QB slide mechanic was working in Madden. If there's anything I can do to try and work around this or resolve it please let me know

Maybe just 2 different animations for the qb 2 give himself up? In practice mode starting at the 30, I've noticed if you tap the slide button a few yards before you get to the 20 yd line (like a first down) the qb will attempt a dive as if going down but trying to get to the first down line. Idk if that's what you're talking about.&nbsp;
