Recruiting Buffs for coordinators don’t quite work

My defensive coordinator has level 1 recruiter for every position. However, the scouting time reduction is only applying to defensive players and not offensive players. Are coordinators supposed to be nerfed like this? Happening in PS5 if that matters…
