Reporting bugs

Unsure if I should post separately or together so posting together.

Dynasty: bug when you hire a new coach and attempt to look at their talent tree during bowl week you are unable, it switches to your HC. 

Gameplay: Tackle feedback(both) will auto off when entering a game, even if turned on in settings.
Tackle feedback will also glitch off when you enter super sim and exit super sim.
