Wrongful Loss in National Championship After Game Error (Case #241103276)

I was in a National Championship game in College Football 26 Ultimate Team, winning 21–17, when the game suddenly exited and displayed a message that the game would not count.

However, despite that message, I was still given a loss.

This directly impacted my record and ended my championship run due to what appears to be a system/server issue, not anything on my end.

I wasn’t able to capture the “game will not count” message because it disappeared very quickly, but I have attached a screenshot of the result showing the loss.

I have already contacted support and have an open case (#241103276).

Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
