Road to CFP kicks me out for being idle when I’m actively playing

EA please fix this, it’s genuinely unbearable to be up in a game and then get randomly kicked for absolutely no reason. It happens every 2-3 games and it’s gotta be the most annoying thing I’ve ever ...

I was playing Road to CFP with a healthy lead vs my opponent in the 4th quarter. My opponent threw a pick-6 and before I could kick the PAT they paused the game and I received a message of: “Reported for being idle, game recorded as a loss” followed by being kicked out of the match. Is this going to be resolved? It’s frustrating to play almost an entire match and then not get credit for it bc your opponent exposes a glitch.
