RTG High School Issues

During multiple tries during road to glory on all difficulties, I choose schools I’m projected as the starter in my position, I always get to the college level and am slid all the way down the depth chart, there’s no way to have a positive freshman year, unless you finally work your way up from the bottom of the depth chart after your redshirt year. If I’m ranked number one across all boards at my position, how do I slide so far after completing all challenges? This needs to be fixed ASAP to make this mode enjoyable.
