RTG WR Physical ability issue

Playing road to glory as a Physical Route Runner archetype WR and for ratings there is no way to upgrade Catch in traffic or spectacular catch which are both tied to physical abilities Sure Hands and 50/50. No way to upgrade those ratings so there is no way to unlock these physical abilities.
